- Ron, Ginger and Justin Winger will be leaving very early July
14th, maybe even late on July 13th. We do plan on being in Shediac,
NB on Thursday evening. I will be making reservations for Thursday

morning. I also think we will be going to Nova Scotia after we
wrap up the fun on P.E.I. for some whale watching and see the
tidal bore maybe. will be taking 9 out of Bangor, Maine then 1
thru Saint John, NB onto 2 to Shediac where we will stay at the
Holiday Inn Express for fun on Friday.
From Mahopac, New York
- Glenn and Debbie Carbone will be leaving NY Thursday morning
(July 15). Major starting point is I-84 Brewster, New York. eventually
to I-95. All the way to Maine to meet Mark and Patti Lane to convoy
together.
From Newburgh, Maine
- Mark and Patti Lane are planning on setting out early Friday
morning - July 16 - from Newburgh (11 miles west of Bangor) and
would like to invite those traveling through that neck of the
woods (just off I-95, exit 174) to "convoy" with us.
It's a 365 mile, 7 driving hours trip from their place. They are
planning on I-95 to Lincoln, leaving Maine in Vanceborough, going
to Fredericton NB, Salisbury NB, Moncton NB, Shediac NB and on
to PEI.
From Toronto Ontario
- Micheal Delzotto will be leaving Toronto on Wednesday the 14th.
It would be great to meet up with some of the other participants
and travel together. If you can contact them and arrange a meeting
time and place, I will set my schedule around the meet
From Ottawa, Ontario
- Colin Taylor is heading to NB from Ottawa on the morning of
July 10th but could certainly meet up with any other hummers coming
through if they're interested. We'll be heading to PEI from Hampton,
NB where my folks live. I am expecting we'll hit the bridge meeting
spot on Friday afternoon.
From Burlington, Ontario
Frank McKnight is leaving Burlington Ontario July 14 am -- please
inform Mike D. we could convoy. Stop Over in Vermont or New Hampshire
and hit the road early to Bangor for the afternoon of the 15th

Directions To PEI /
Distances by Hummer-- How to get here!
Summerside is located 25 minutes from the Confederation Bridge
or approximately 2 hours from the Northumberland Ferry in Wood
Islands at the Eastern tip of the Island. Many tourists arrive
by bridge from New Brunswick, travel throughout the Island and
leave via the ferry to Caribou, Nova Scotia. I don't think I have
to tell you that a CB might be a good idea as we will be a large
group. Those intending to arrive early are more than welcome to
contact me in advance and I will be happy to meet you. There are
also discussions underway for a U.S. convoy into Canada, we will
be updating this plan soon.
